I have spent years working across two worlds: hospitality and systems engineering. In hospitality, I learned what it takes to run a local business — the long hours, the tight margins, the constant fight for every customer. In systems engineering, I learned how to build things that scale, automate, and work without breaking.

Local businesses should not need five vendors to grow. You should not have to hire a web person, a social media person, a designer, an ad manager, and a brand strategist — and then try to make them all talk to each other. That is how things fall through the cracks and nobody takes responsibility.
